Who Is Responsible for Your Information?
Tile Craft Artisans LLC runs this website and is responsible for the information you send through it. We are a tile installation company serving Central Pennsylvania, with no public office address. You can reach us at support@tcartisans.com or (717) 275-5648.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information only when you send our quote form. The form asks for five things:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- your town;
- your project type, or your business type on our commercial pages.
With each request, we record the page you sent it from and the time it arrived. The form does not record your IP address. The website takes no payments and never asks for card or bank details.
If you call or email us instead, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use your details only to answer your request. That means calling or emailing you back, booking a site visit and sending a written estimate. If you hire us, we use them to arrange and carry out the job.
We send no newsletters or marketing emails. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Where Is Your Information Kept?
Each request is emailed to sales@tcartisans.com. A copy is kept in the private admin area of this website, so no request is lost if an email fails. Only the people who run Tile Craft Artisans and the people who manage its website can see these requests.
We keep a request while we need it to answer you. If you hire us, we keep it with the records of the job. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Who Else Can See Your Information?
We share your details with no other company for its own use. The companies that host this website and our email store the data on our behalf, as service providers. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
What Choices Do You Have?
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tcartisans.com or call (717) 275-5648, Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Is This Website Meant for Children?
No. This website is for adults arranging tile work, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How Will You Know if This Policy Changes?
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. The date under the title shows when it last changed.
