Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves understanding the needs of customers, presenting our services, and closing deals. The Sales Representative will work closely with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
Present Tile Craft Artisans’ services to potential clients and develop tailored proposals based on customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, contractors, and designers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by securing new clients and fostering repeat business.
Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure client expectations are met.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after project completion.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of tile installation services.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
